Yes, this is the very important first step so that we can assess the suitability of your existing flue and fireplace. The flue must be cleaned before it is lined. Using a chimney camera, we will inspect the inside of the flue to ensure it is sound, that there are no breaches into other flues or timbers which would pose a fire risk, and that the flue will be wide enough to take the flue liner. We will take all the measurements neccesary and also provide you with a report. We can provide this service for other installation companies too.

If there is no existing chimney, we can install stainless steel flue systems. The flue systems come in silver, black or grey. They can be exposed or we can build a false chimney breast to give the effect of a traditional fireplace.
