Your data is stored on our email accounts, computer systems, mobile devices and in a physical diary. The data that is kept is used to enable us to provide the services you have requested. Most data is deleted once a query is dealt with, but customer information and some queries may be kept should we think the information may be used again should you use our services in the future. If you do not want us to keep such data, please let us know and we will remove it.

There is very limited access to your data. The owners, Mike Bates and Emily Skeet, have access to all customer data. Employees of the company and any contractors are only given the information needed to carry out their services. We do not share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
